Winter Build Challenge – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Roarcrafts 3D Pty Ltd ("Roarcrafts 3D").

2. Promotion Period

Eligible purchases must be made between 30 June 2026 and 24 July 2026 (11:59 PM AEST).

Entries close 31 July 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.

Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must:

  • reside in Australia
  • be 18 years or older, or have a parent/legal guardian submit the entry on their behalf
  • purchase an eligible Sketcheroo 3D Pen or Sketcheroo Starter Bundle during the promotional period.

4. Eligible Orders

An eligible order must:

  • include at least one Sketcheroo 3D Pen or Sketcheroo Starter Bundle
  • be paid in full
  • not be refunded or cancelled before winners are announced.

Only one order per household can receive a refund.

If multiple eligible orders are placed by the same household, only the highest-value eligible order may be refunded.

5. How to Enter

Entrants must:

  • create an item primarily using a Sketcheroo 3D Pen

record a video between 15 and 90 seconds

  • clearly show the creation and it's making using the Sketcheroo 3D Pen
  • explain:
    • what it is
    • why it is their favourite Sketcheroo creation
  • submit via email or by tagging Roarcrafts 3D on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok before the closing date.

Multiple videos may be submitted, however only one prize may be awarded per household.

6. Video Requirements

Videos must:

    • be original
    • not infringe copyright
    • not contain offensive material
    • not contain dangerous or illegal behaviour
    • not include music, images or content that the entrant does not have permission to use
    • not be substantially created or altered using AI-generated video, imagery or voice.

Basic editing, trimming and captions are permitted.

7. Judging

Entries will be judged by the Roarcrafts 3D team based on:

  • Creativity
  • Originality
  • Storytelling
  • Enthusiasm

Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prize

Three winning entrants will each receive a refund of the full purchase price paid of the Sketcheroo 3D Pen or Sketcheroo Starter Bundle (as per their purchase) for their eligible order, including shipping charges paid if any at checkout.

Refunds will not be done for other products purchased along with the Sketcheroo 3D Pen or the Starter Bundle. Refunds will not exceed the amount originally paid.

Refunds cannot be transferred or exchanged for another prize.

9. Refund Process

Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their purchase.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.

Where this is not possible, Roarcrafts 3D may request PayID or Australian bank account details.

Refunds will generally be processed within 14 business days.

10. Content Licence

By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian grants Roarcrafts 3D a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to:

  • publish
  • reproduce
  • edit
  • adapt
  • display
  • distribute

the submitted video, photographs and associated content across Roarcrafts 3D's website, social media channels, advertising, emails and other promotional materials.

Selected entries may be featured in the Roarcrafts 3D Website.

No additional compensation is payable for this use.

11. Child Consent

Entries featuring children must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

By entering, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to the child's participation and to the use of the submitted content in accordance with these Terms.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected will only be used to administer the promotion, contact winners and process refunds.

Financial details supplied for refunds will be securely deleted once the refund has been completed.

13. Disqualification

Roarcrafts 3D reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • is incomplete
  • contains false information
  • breaches these Terms
  • is offensive
  • is fraudulent
  • has been materially created using AI-generated video
  • is unsafe or encourages unsafe use of the product.

14. General

Roarcrafts 3D reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided any changes comply with applicable Australian consumer law.
