Are Sketcheroo 3D pens safe for kids?

Absolutely! The Sketcheroo 3D pens are designed to have no exposed hot elements that can cause burns! The hottest part of the Sketcheroo is the tip and even that will feel warm to the touch.

The Sketcheroo 3D pen uses low temperature PCL filament which melts at 60 degrees Celsius meaning even the filament will be warm to the touch and won't cause any burns.

What age group are the Frame Work kits best for?

The Frame Work kits are designed for children above the age of 6, same as the Sketcheroo 3D Pen. These make a perfect start to mastering 3D crafts as it guides children and beginners to build confidence and explore their creativity.

Do I need any extra tools?

Not at all! The Sketcheroo 3D pen comes with everything you need, and the starter bundle offers you some Frame Work kits and additional filament to get started!

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your Sketcheroo 3D Pen or Sketcheroo bundle, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund - as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Simply cover the return shipping, and we’ll process your refund as soon as the item arrives back with us.

What if my kit arrives damaged or missing pieces?

If your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered! Simply reach out to us at contact@roarcrafts3d.com and we’ll initiate a repair or replacement of the product so you can get back to creating as soon as possible.
