Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship to customers all across Australia.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are sent via Australia Post and typically arrive within a few business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way

Can I return or exchange a kit?

We want you and your child to love your Sketcheroo experience — and we proudly back it with our Happiness Guarantee.

Change of Mind

If you’re not completely happy with your Sketcheroo 3D Pen or Sketcheroo bundle, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund - as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Simply cover the return shipping, and we’ll process your refund as soon as the item arrives back with us.

Warranty & Faults

If your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered! Simply reach out to us at contact@roarcrafts3d.com and we’ll initiate a repair or replacement of the product so you can get back to creating as soon as possible. We’re committed to making durable, high-quality tools - and we proudly stand behind every Sketcheroo product.

Are your kits safe for kids?

Absolutely! All FrameWork Kits are designed in Australia for children aged 6+ and beginner creators. The PCL filament used with the Sketcheroo 3D Pen is a low-temperature, child-safe, biodegradable material, making it one of the safest options for young makers. The Sketcheroo 3D Pen has not exposed hot parts. With light supervision for younger users, kids can enjoy creative, hands-on fun.

Do I need special tools to start?

Not at all! The Sketcheroo 3D Pen comes with everything you need to begin creating right away. No extra tools or equipment are required - just load the filament, follow the guides, and start bringing your ideas to life.
